Leila, through a girl scout program, learned how to play hockey last weekend. She had a really good time, despite some falls to the ice :)

Leila participated in the Reflections Competition at her school. This years theme was "Together We Can". Everyone got a medal for participating and Leila won three trophies: First Place - Dance, Second Place - Photography, and Honorable Mention for Music Performance. We are so proud that she worked hard, had fun doing it, and did so well. Everyone that gets a trophy and places from first to third place gets to have their work submitted on the state level and then whoever wins state level gets submitted nationally. Let's keep our fingers crossed :)
